Locations:

North Dakota: Minot, Dickinson, Bismark, Fargo. 

Minnesota: Hibbing, Duluth, St. Cloud, Minneapolis, Mankato, Rochester. 

Wisconsin: LaCrosse. Iowa: Des Moines, Cedar Rapids. 

Illinois: Chicago. 

Kansas: Lenexa. 

Texas: Amarillo, Lubbock, Dallas, Wichita Falls, Tyler, Austin, San Antonio, Houston. 

Colorado: Denver

Pay (Hourly):  $25-$28 per hour. PLUS OVERTIME.

Note:  A notional gross earnings range of $4,000-$4,480 per month based on a 40-hour work week and 4 weeks per month.

An employee-owned company headquartered in Minneapolis, MN, our projects range in all sizes and complexities, including NFL, MLB, and MLS stadiums; interstate highways; municipal and county roadways; light rail transit; bus rapid transit; commercial and multi-family low rise to high rise structures; water and wastewater plants and utilities; in situ assessment of structures and materials.  Our full-scale laboratories, drilling operations, and field service technicians complement and support our engineering and project management teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

We use a variety of opportunities to build a strong foundation by performing some of the following tasks and analysis, under the supervision and mentorship of licensed engineers:

Manage basic geotechnical and material testing projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with geotechnical, materials emphasis, or related

Possess EIT certification or ability to obtain within 6 months

Valid driver's license

Ability to perform field related services at least 50% of time during the program field rotation

Solid written and verbal communication skills

As a new or recent college graduate, you will play a crucial role on our engineering team, contributing to the success of our projects and helping us deliver outstanding results to our clients.

Maintain client communications and build client relations
