Pay (Hourly): $25-$28 per hour. PLUS OVERTIME.
Note: A notional gross earnings range of $4,000-$4,480 per month based on a 40-hour work week and 4 weeks per month.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
We use a variety of opportunities to build a strong foundation by performing some of the following tasks and analysis, under the supervision and mentorship of licensed engineers:
Job Summary:

Various field and laboratory tests

Work independently on specific assignments of limited scope and with engineers and on larger projects as a team member

Prepare proposals for geotechnical and material testing projects

Manage basic geotechnical and material testing projects
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with geotechnical, materials emphasis, or related

Possess EIT certification or ability to obtain within 6 months

Valid driver's license

Ability to perform field related services at least 50% of time during the program field rotation

Solid written and verbal communication skills
As a new or recent college graduate, you will play a crucial role on our engineering team, contributing to the success of our projects and helping us deliver outstanding results to our clients.

Maintain client communications and build client relations

Geotechnical engineering
Our fast-paced rotation will lead to engineering career opportunities with an emphasis in one or more of the following:

Construction inspections and testing oversight

Slope stability

Deep foundations

In situ instrumentation

Pavement engineering

Bituminous materials

Concrete materials

Develop solutions, make recommendations, and prepare engineering reports for review

Observe construction in progress and reports to project or senior engineer

Gain experience relevant to work toward obtaining Professional Engineer license

Ability to occasionally lift 50 pounds

Ability to travel up to 25% of time
