Return To Home Port® is a member of the Wartime Acquisition Sustainment Support Plan (WASSP) Capacity Expansion – Lethality Link (CELL) directed through the office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (ASN) for Research, Development, and Acquisition (RDA).
The WASSP CELL meets quarterly in DC led by the Senior Military Acquisition Advisor to ASN RDA --- there are 30+ expert professionals representing all levels and breadth of the Defense Industrial Base (DIB), with academia, government service, and non-profit support. The WASSP's main efforts focus on policy, logistics, and supply chain.
