Return To Home Port® Founder & Owner Dave Sauve is a member of the Naval Advisory Board for the Wartime Acquisition Sustainment Support Plan (WASSP) underneath the aegis of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (ASN) for Research, Development, and Acquisition (RDA).

 

The Naval Advisory Board meets quarterly in DC led by the Senior Military Acquisition Advisor to ASN RDA --- there are 30+ expert professionals representing all levels and breadth of the Maritime Industrial Base (MIB), with academia and non-profit support.  The WASSP's main efforts include a focus on Logistics and supply chain:
