Orient A Path

Every year, approximately 200,000 men and women leave U.S. military service and return to life as civilians, a process known as the military to civilian transition.

We encourage service members to always consider their own military career development first. They should focus their time and talent to become stronger performers as servicemembers, including utilizing military-connected programs for education, training, and certifications while on active duty. By so doing, they will not only be the best service members possible, but they will also orient their path to be better citizens and professionals when they leave active duty, more qualified to contribute immediately to their employers and communities.
