Overview:
Global Operations is embarking on the Product DNA initiative, a transformative program aimed at integrating a unified product information ecosystem across all business groups, regions, and functions. As the Senior BP PMO Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the deployment of the PTC Windchill PLM system and associated processes across approximately 60 Manufacturing Sites and Distribution Centers over a 3-year period.
Responsibilities:
Lead the transformation of Product DNA within Global Operations, ensuring engagement
and excitement among end-users at manufacturing and distribution sites.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder engagement within Global
Operations, fostering cross-functional alignment.
Collaborate with Functional Leaders and Manufacturing Site Leaders to ensure alignment
on deployment strategy, timelines, and issue resolution.
Establish and execute deployment plans for Product DNA, partnering closely with
stakeholders including R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Distribution, and
Commercial Operations.
Support project teams at sites to ensure comprehensive engagement and effective
business deployment activities, considering other site-specific project work.
Drive the mindset and culture of change management within the Product DNA team,
promoting new norms and behaviors that support organizational transformation.
Ensure program execution adheres to agreed schedules and budgets, reporting progress
and outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous Med Device experience
Previous program management experience.
Experience using PLM tools (Windchill, Agile, Enovia, etc.).

Qualifications (Must Have):
Bachelor’s degree required.
7+ years of relevant experience including broad multi-functional business and PLM
(product lifecycle management) experience in a highly regulated manufacturing
environment.
5+ years of program, project and/or people management experience.
Availability for up to 25% travel.
