Note: : Commission pay-out by month. 10% of revenue per sale for the first year, and 7.5% following the next year while the contract stands. Ex: If average sale is 10-26k, monthly income would be 10% to 7% of the sale thereafter.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
As the Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for executing a full scope sales process. You will have support while attending meetings that are booked for you, and you will be expected to build and maintain relationships, bring a questioning attitude, and have a strong desire to learn. You will utilize Salesforce technology, and be expected to communicate, followup, and hunt down answers pertaining to municipal sewage and wastewater problems. Our inhouse scientist and technical subject matter expertise will support you throughout the sales process, but it is up to you to maintain and foster relationships. In our business and industry, we create a relationship first and the sale will follow. You will operate a sales pipeline that spans a sales cycle of 12-18 months and is largely tied to fiscal year municipal budgets. This job requires thick skin, a positive attitude, and is largely personality and character based. We understand skills sets come with experience and we will train you on the ins and outs on the technicalities.

New York City-New Jersey-Connecticut AND Massachusetts-New Hampshire-Vermont-Maine

Georgia-Alabama-South Carolina, D.C.-Virginia-North Carolina.
Note: Expect 75% travel M-F within assigned territory. You MUST be centrally located to your region, and accessible within a day’s travel by car. On-Site/Hybrid/Remote. On-Site/Hybrid Preferred during training window, can turn Remote upon demonstration of independent operations.
Day in the Life - Enjoy waking up motivated to tackle the day! For the first few hours chart your daily course by running through the workflow pipeline, looking at opportunities to move a sale to the next stage. You will determine your needs, requests for support, and coordinate with the internal sales representative to make the appointments you DO NOT have to book yourself! Light the fire and let it burn with future customers the old school way, by winning their hearts and minds through networking and relationship building. Return to the office or go straight home to type up your short and sweet daily reports. To be successful in this job, you need to self-motivated, set clear goals, exude confidence, be extroverted, and most importantly have fun.
